the components:-
Milk, a kilo and a half
a pound of rice
3 tbsp. butter (or my ghee)
salt hung from the ceiling
Procedures:-
Get the milk to a full boil.
We wash and filter the rice, then grind it in the tray, add butter, stir, and season with salt.
Then we pour the coffee on top, flip it, and place it in the oven over a medium heat.
