How to make pasta with vegetables for Christmas

 Ingredients

      1 cup chopped green pepper
      1 cup chopped onion
      1/2 teaspoon salt
       1/4 teaspoon pepper
      1/2 teaspoon spices
       1 cup olive oil
       1 cup small diced tomatoes
        1 cup of small mushrooms
        A cup of flour to make the white sauce
        Five cups of water
      vegetable broth
      Salt and Pepper

 

 How to prepare



1-We put the ingredients on the stove, onions, tomatoes, peppers and mushrooms, with three tablespoons of oil.
2-Add spices, salt and pepper and leave them on the stove for half an hour on a low heat.
3-We boil 400 grams of pasta, any kind you like.
4-We make the sauce
Flour on the rest of the oil, stir on the stove (fire), then add water and vegetable stock and stir until we get a thick sauce.
5-We grease the baking pan and mix the vegetables with the pasta and put half of the quantity inside the tray and some of the sauce, then the rest of the quantity.
6-Then put the rest of the sauce on the rest of the tray and put it in the oven and serve.
