Recipes Ingredients :-
1 pound of eggplant
Large size minced meat, 1/2 kilo
3 cloves garlic
2 quarts of tomato juice
2 tblsp. frying oil (butter)
a teaspoon of black pepper, ground
salt (two tablespoons)
Procedures:-
1 - Cut the eggplant offshoots and salt them with a salt spoon and hot pepper, then set them aside.
