Components:-
half kilo beans astonished
chickpeas in a cup
a set of balls
a dozen bunches of parsley
a coriander bunch
cumin (a tiny spoonful)
Garlic cloves, 7
An onion of considerable size
12 ice cubes or a cup of ice water salt
Sesame dressing
Procedures to Follow:-
1- The crushed beans and chickpeas are soaked for 24 hours before being used.
Only green leaves are used in our preparation.
