two people's ingredients:-

Tomato juice, 1/4 kilo kofta, flat rice, and onion
Tomato paste on a hook
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Coriander, dried
Corn oil and butter 

Procedures:-

1- Chop the onion and sauté it in butter and oil until it darkens, then season with tomato juice, tomato paste, salt, pepper, and coriander and pour it over a low heat for 10 minutes, or until the sauce becomes lush.


2- After that, we add half a cup of water, stir the kofta, and stir a little until it boils, and it's ready in about a quarter hour.
