A casserole made of pottery okra with meat is considered a popular dish in Egypt and is served alongside rice with vermicelli and a plate of salad.

 

3 individuals (3 ingredients):-

1 pound of suppressed okra
 2- kilo lamb meat

3- half kilo tomato squeezed
4- Onion, chopped
5- A horn of hot peppers
6- 2 tablespoons pepper p

7- 2 tablespoons salt p

 8- Hanging spices p

 method:-

1- We put the chopped onions in a pot and put directly on the fire
2-Put the fat, salt and black pepper, while stirring
3-Put the meat cubes, stirring, until the meat is firm
4-Put the chopped tomatoes and squeezed over the meat, then add the bay leaf and cardamom and leave until the meat is cooked
5-Then put the okra on the meat and leave it for half the time
6-Put everything in a casserole from storage and enter the oven until complete maturity
