Components:-

A chick weighing a kilo and a half
1 onion, big
1 pepper (red)
1 tomato, big
1 cup of yogurt
1 salt (hanging)
1 paprika (hanging)
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
12 turmeric (hanging)
1/2 pound of spices for hanging chicken
vinegar (three tablespoons)
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil

Steps:-

    Wash the chicken with vinegar, salt, lemon and flour, and then remove it from the water

We chop the onion, tomato and pepper
   Season all of the above ingredients with all the spices, salt, yogurt and vinegar
Turn them over well, then season the chicken
And placed in a thermal bag and the whole in the tray, and we make three holes in the thermal bag for ventilation
     In a medium-temperature oven we put the tray until it is cooked and served with rice
