Mango kunafa's ingredients:-
kunafa (half a kilo)
Cup for obesity
Sherbet with a lot of sugar
Lebanese couscous in a creamy sauce
Slices of mango
The modus operandi of kunafa with mango:-
Put the crumbled kunafeh with melted butter and put it on a tray and put it in the oven until it becomes soft and red, or put it on a quiet fire until it turns red.
- Water the kunafa with heavy sherbet, stirring.
Part of it is stacked in a serving dish
- Whisk the yoghurt cream until the consistency thickens, and spread a portion on the kunafa with a little mango.
Then put the rest of the kunafa in a serving dish, and top it with the rest of the cream
