Ingredients:-
_ 3 and a half cups of white flour
_ Quarter of a teaspoon of baking powder
_ A quarter of a teaspoon of sugar
_ 1 egg
_ 1 and a half cup of milk
method:-
We preheat the oven for baking at 220 degrees Celsius
Mix the ingredients in an electric mixer on a slow speed
Then gradually add the milk while continuing to knead until we get a homogeneous and smooth mass
Form the dough into small balls and leave the balls for half an hour before use
We roll out a ball separately on a surface sprinkled with flour and roll it out in the form of a circle, half a centimeter thick
Sprinkle the surface of the dough with water and bake for 8 minutes in the oven
