Ingredients:-
_ _ _ Half a kilo of liver, sliced
_ 3 lemons
_ 2 tablespoons of vinegar
_ ¼ cup of corn oil
_ 6 garlic cloves, cut into small pieces
_ 2 green peppers, julienne cut
_ 2 small onions, diced small
*spice:-
_ Half a teaspoon of salt
_ Small spoon of ground coriander
_ Teaspoon ground cumin
_ Quarter of a teaspoon of chili, and this is optional
*How to prepare *:-
_ Wash the liver with water or milk and leave until it is filtered
_ Put the lemon juice on the liver and leave it aside
Put the oil in a frying pan on the stove
_ Then add the liver and stir well and put the rest of the ingredients on it and stir well until the spices blend with the liver and serve
