 The turkey is associated with holidays in all countries of the world, so we find every occasion in every country finds a new way to make a feast of turkeys. For example, in my country Egypt, you find turkeys are still a joy in Egypt, especially on Christmas Eve And in the month of Ramadan, it is on the dining table, because it is decorated with food for us. Today, I will present a simple way to make turkey, an easy way, and it does not need a cure. Rather, it is done by every woman who is not a professional, but in this way she is a professional lady.




*** Ingredients **** 

1- Turkey hip 

2- Mixed spices 

3- Paprika 

4- Salt and pepper 

5- Soy sauce

 6- Quarter cup of milk 

7- Curry and turmeric 

8- Olive oil 

9- Bay leaf 

10- Onion chopped julienne 

 ****Explanation of the method of work*****

 We wash the turkey and put all the spices on it and immerse the rooster with these spices so that it is inside and outside the turkey, then we put it in a tray with water and salt, pepper, onions and bay leaf  Put the turkey in it, cover it with parchment paper, top with aluminum foil, and put it in the oven for an hour per kilogram, and at the end, remove the lid and paint with tomato sauce and serve.
